“Pro-Hindu advocates must prepare for ideological battle”: Sadguru Nilesh Singbal, HJS

Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh – At present, forces opposed to Hindus have launched an ideological war. To prevail in this intellectual struggle, there is an urgent need for ideological warriors who will deeply study Bharatiya laws, interpret the Constitution accurately, and robustly present the Hindu perspective in legal matters. All pro-Hindu advocates must therefore prepare themselves for this ideological battle.” This guidance was provided by Sadguru Nilesh Singbal, Dharmapracharak of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, while addressing meetings of advocates organised by the ‘Rashtrabhakta Adhivakta Samiti’ in Ayodhya. Pratapgarh and Prayagraj.
During these meetings, participants highlighted the challenges faced by non-Muslim women who marry Muslim men and convert to Islam. It was noted that such women are required to accept Islam upon marriage; however, if they later seek divorce for any reason, they face a prolonged and complex legal process. Under Islamic provisions, if a woman reverts to her original faith, the marriage stands automatically dissolved. Based on this, the meetings raised a demand to simplify the divorce process for such non-Muslim women. A resolution was passed to garner nationwide support for this cause.
Among the prominent attendees were Advocate Pawan Kumar Shukla, President of the Milkipur Bar Association in Ayodhya; Advocate Amarjeet Singh and Advocate Ghanshyam Maurya; Advocate Neeraj Tiwari from Pratapgarh; and Advocates Gyanendra Mishra and Dharanidhar Pandey from Prayagraj, along with other advocates.
