Protection of forts is every citizen’s duty – Gadkille Sanvardhan Pratishthan

Gadkille Sanvardhan Pratishthan has pointed out that incidents of misconduct at forts often increase during New Year celebrations. Forts and historic monuments are symbols of the valour of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and many other brave warriors. Any inappropriate activity at these sites tarnishes the glorious legacy of their courage and sacrifice.

Under the ‘Khada Pahara’ campaign, disciplined monitoring, public awareness, and immediate action wherever required will be carried out at every location. The organisation emphasises that the protection and preservation of forts and historic monuments is not only the responsibility of the administration, but the collective duty of every citizen.
