False narrative of Saffron Terror exposed; true justice lies in stringent action against conspirators – Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, National President, Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad
Dhule, September 14 – In recent times, many Hindu activists have been acquitted in multiple cases. However, those arrested in the Malegaon blast case were innocent from the very beginning. They were falsely implicated only to establish the theory of “saffron terror.” The years they lost, the suffering they endured, and the pain their families went through cannot be compensated. Therefore, it cannot be said that justice has been fully delivered to them yet. Real justice, according to Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, National President of the Hindu Legal Council, would mean stringent action against those who propagated and supported the false narrative of saffron terror.
He was speaking at a special seminar titled “The Fake Narrative of Saffron Terror” organised on behalf of various Hindu organisations at Kanha Regency, Dhule, on September 14.
The seminar featured Advocate Ichalkaranjikar, Mr Vikram Bhave (acquitted in the Dabholkar murder case), Mr Sameer Kulkarni (acquitted in the Malegaon blast case), and Mr Prashant Juwekar (acquitted in the Goa blast case). The event was moderated by Mr Mayur Bagul of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Distinguished businessmen, political and social leaders, as well as a large number of youth from Dhule were present.
Speakers strongly criticiaed the role of communists and corrupt officials in fabricating the narrative, drawing enthusiastic applause and chants such as “Jai Shri Ram” and “Jayatu Jayatu Hindurashtram” from the audience.

Recalling his ordeal, Sameer Kulkarni said, “In the 2008 Malegaon blast case, many innocent Hindu activists, including myself, were falsely implicated and subjected to inhuman torture. A devious conspiracy was hatched to brand us as Hindu terrorists despite our innocence. Not only this, corrupt officials pressured us to falsely name prominent Hindu leaders such as RSS chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, Yogi Adityanath, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and Indresh Kumar. Yet, those very officials remain in service today without facing any action.”

Vikram Bhave, author of “Dabholkar Hatya Ani Mi” (Dabholkar Murder Case and I), said, “Those who defamed the Hindu community by spreading the saffron terror bogey will ultimately be held accountable by the Hindu society itself.” Similarly, Prashant Juwekar, acquitted in the Margao blast case, remarked, “I have firm faith that every official responsible for the harassment of innocent Hindus will face the consequences of their actions.”
