HJS Demands ‘Udaipur Files’ Screening in Goa Multiplexes

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s places demand before Panaji’s ‘Inox’ and Madgaon’s ‘Osia Multiplex’ managements

Panaji : On 10 August, a delegation led by the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti requested the management of ‘Inox’ in Panaji and ‘Osia Multiplex’ in Madgaon to immediately screen ‘Udaipur Files’ in Goa. The delegation in Panaji included Messrs Jayesh Thali, Govind Chodankar, Raj Sharma, Yuvraj Gaonkar, Satyawan Mhamal and others.

The Delhi High Court has lifted the stay on the release of the film ‘Udaipur Files’. The court has ruled that there is nothing objectionable in the film produced by Amit Jani and based on the murder of Kanhaiyalal in Udaipur, Rajasthan. After this decision, the film ‘Udaipur Files’ has been released in 4,500 theatres across the country since August 8. There is a large audience in Goa too who is eager to watch the film. Therefore, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has demanded that the film ‘Udaipur Files’ be screened in Goa immediately.
