Read the dangers of teaching distorted history! : Hindujagruti.org/distortion-of-history

1. The first chapter ‘Maharashtra before Shiva’ tn the SCERT textbook ‘Shiva Chhatrapati’ of ‘Parisar Abhyas – Part 2’ mentions Emperor Krishnadevaraya and Mughal Emperor Akbar as kings who worked for the welfare of the people.

2. One of the questions after this chapter is to ‘Write the names of the kings who ruled for the welfare of the people.’ Therefore, students are mentioning cruel Akbar along with Emperor Krishnadevaraya as ‘benevolent kings’.

3. Due to this, instead of the objective history and truth of the atrocities committed by Akbar on Hindus, a false history is being instilled in the students from a young age. It is clearly seen in this textbook that the Congress government has tried to hide the cruel history of the Mughals.
