Navi Mumbai – A flag hoisting program was organised by the villagers of Karve village on the occasion of Republic Day. The HJS organised an exhibition of posters on the lives of revolutionaries during the programme.
On this occasion, the flag was hoisted by the spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Dr Uday Dhuri, and Subedar Jaisingh Pawar (Retd) after the Bharat Mata puja. Dr Uday Dhuri spoke about the importance of the sacrifice made by the revolutionaries for our freedom and made the attendees aware of their duties towards the nation. He also provided information about poster exhibition. A Hindu-Rashtra Jagruti Sabha has been organised on February 9 at the Shri Vitthal-Rukmini-Maruti Temple in Karve village to create awareness and organise Hindus. Dr Dhuri appealed to the public to attend this Sabha in large numbers.
Devout Hindus like Govind Dubey (owner, Bharat Steel), Balraj Jire, Praveen Patil, Baburao Patil, Anant Satpute made commendable efforts to organise this programme.
