Religious conversions of Hindus on the rise in Chhattisgarh over last 4 years – Mrs Jyoti Sharma, Prant Sah Sanyojak, Hindu Jagran Manch, Chhattisgarh

Religious conversions of Hindus in Chhattisgarh are going on at unprecedented levels. It has grown tremendously over the last 4 years. Christian missionaries are converting women in large numbers by luring them with money and rations. Such converts need to be provided re-entry into Hindu Dharma (GHar wapsi), asserted Ms. Jyoti Sharma on Day 4 of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.

Mrs Sharma was speaking on the modus operandi of conversion in Chhattisgarh. She said, “Every house has some problems. Christian missionaries take advantage of these difficulties. They offer financial benefits to Hindu women, education and employment for children as lures for conversion. For that they are invited to the nearest church. So, after the men of the house go to work, these women attend church in the afternoon. There they are told ‘your Gods are not good’.  Hindu women then stop Dharmik activities like worshiping Hindu Deities and the Tulsi as instructed. From the second Sunday, the victims (women) start receiving money and rations. After 6 months of their complete conversion, such women are asked to donate 10th share of their income. Those who do not have money are asked to give ration to the priests. This results in quarrels in the house. We try to reconvert such converted Hindus. If there is evidence of conversion, crimes can also be registered against Christian missionaries who convert.”

In the coming five years, we will eliminate the menace of conversions being done by Christians in Arunachal Pradesh. – Mr Kuru Tai (Vice Chairman, Arunachal Pradesh Bamboo Resources Development Agency, Arunachal Pradesh)

In 2006, the Kerala High Court heard a petition regarding the provision of Scheduled Caste facilities to Hindu converts. Hindus in Arunachal Pradesh also discussed this case. It became a hot topic of discussion in the State. However, we have come up with a viable solution to prevent any further conversion of Hindus. A Hindu who marries a person of another religion will not inherit his/her family’s property and will have to provide for his/her children himself/herself. Hindus in Arunachal Pradesh are united. “Rest assured that in the coming five years, we will eliminate the menace of conversions being done by Christians in the State”, said Mr Kuru Tai (Vice Chairman, Arunachal Pradesh Bamboo Resources Development Agency, Arunachal Pradesh).

Some important points covered by Mr Kuru Tai in his speech :

1.      At least one member of every family in Arunachal Pradesh is a convert. It makes the entire Hindu family a Christian.

2.      Some time ago, two pastors from Bihar and one pastor from Arunachal Pradesh visited the State for a healing program. They claimed to cure incurable diseases. When we got to know about their devious plan, we dared them to visit the Ramakrishna Mission Hospital and cure the cancer patients in front of the camera so that it could be telecast live on various news channels. They refused to accept the challenge. In this manner, we have foiled their devious plans to convert naïve Hindus.

Sadguru Nilesh Singbal (Dharmapracharak Saint, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) revealed a few distinctive qualities of Mr Kuru Tai :

1.  Mr Kuru Tai lives in a mountainous and remote region in Arunachal Pradesh. It makes commuting a difficult task for him. Despite that, Mr Kuru Tai has worked relentlessly to prevent the conversions and has so far been able to organise Hindus from 26 different tribes for a common cause. It is challenging to work towards such kind of mission in Arunachal Pradesh. He has virtues of effective organisation and love and affection for fellow Hindus.

2. Mr Kuru Tai is passionate about serving the Nation and Dharma. He had to change flights four times to reach Goa for the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.

3.  Mr Kuru Tai speaks a different language and cannot speak well in Hindi. Despite these odds, his passion for serving Nation and Dharma has driven her to participate in the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav. He also appraised the participants about the situation in Arunachal Pradesh in Hindi.

4. Mr Kuru Tai understands the issues faced by Hindus in his State and he strives to provide solutions to overcome the challenges. Hindus in Arunachal Pradesh are a little relieved due to many initiatives undertaken to safeguard their interests.

5. Mr Kuru Tai is passionate about Dharma and has bhav (Spiritual emotion) towards Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Athavale. He is a devout Hindu.

Love Jihad a tool to create Mini Pakistans in India – Bhakti Daphale, Coordinator, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Satara, Maharashtra

In the tribal areas of Chhattisgarh, Bangladeshi Muslims are marrying Hindu tribal girls and moving into their homes. This is a conspiracy to usurp tribal land. An entire village in Chhattisgarh has become Muslim majority in this manner. So Love Jihad is being used as a tool to create Mini Pakistans in India.

Earlier, the Mughals used to brick Hindus alive. Today Hindu women are being chopped into pieces and kept in refrigerators. Mughals converted Hindus by sword. Now Hindu girls are being converted by trapping them in a love dragnet. Hindu women should be taught out glorious history to prevent love jihad. We were blessed with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj because of his Sanskari mother. If Hindu girls are educated about Dharma, they will not fall prey to love jihad. Hindu girls should be taught Hindu culture. If they abide by Dharma, they will not fall prey to Love Jihad. We must conduct a campaign to create awareness about Love Jihad in every village. We should provide education on Dharma and self-defense training to Hindu girls in hostels, villages and cities. All devout Hindus must participate in this campaign.

Hindus should work to bring the converts back into the Hindu fold – Rahul Dewan, President, Sarayu Trust, Delhi

The Popular Front of India has announced that they will make India an Islamic nation by 2047. Black Magic Jihad is another problem along with Love Jihad and Land Jihad. Halal economy now rivals the Indian economy. The increasing number of Muslims and the decreasing number of Hindus are leading to another partition. This portends civil war. Even in this dire situation, Hindus are on the defensive. Henceforth Hindus should become imperialists. Hindus should remember Akhand Bharat. Hindus should aim to reconvert at least 10 crore converts who wish to return to the Hindu fold, by 2030. For this, Gharwapsi boards should be installed in all the temples. Rituals should be performed in temples to bring back converts into Hinduism. If the Christian missionaries are converting the Hindus, the Hindus should also do the work of bringing the converted Hindus to their original religion on a mammoth scale, appealed Mr Rahul Dewan, President, Sarayu Trust, Delhi. He was addressing the audience on Day 4 (19.6.2023) of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.

Mrs Jyoti Sharma (Prant Sah Sanyojak, Hindu Jagran Manch, Chhattisgarh), Mr Kuru Tai (Vice Chairman, Arunachal Pradesh Bamboo Resources Development Agency, Arunachal Pradesh [APBRDA]), Mrs Bhakti Daphale (Coordinator, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Satara, Maharashtra) were present.
