Thoughts of dignitaries from the ‘The Rationalist Murders’ book release session on the third day in the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav

The Rationalist Murders book release

Vidyadhiraj Auditorium, Ramnath Temple, Ponda (Goa) June 18 (Corr.) – Some rationalists were murdered in Maharashtra and Karnataka. Innocent Hindus were framed in these murders and jailed. Dr Amit Thadhani has authored The Rationalist Murders – Diary of a Ruined Investigation, which exposes the conspiracy to make Hindus scapegoats. The book release, by H.H. Advocate Suresh Kulkarni (founding member, Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad), was held on Day 3 of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav here. On this occasion, author Dr Amit Thadhani, Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar (National President of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad) and Advocate Krishnamurthy P were  present. Dr Thadhani is a well-known surgeon based in Mumbai. He painstakingly went through over 10 thousand pages of charge sheets, court filings, judgements, and government files pertaining to Dr. Narendra Dabholkar, Com. Govind Pansare, Prof M M Kalburgi, and journalist Gauri Lankesh murders. The Rationalist Murders is the culmination of this mammoth exercise.

Conspiracy to implicate Hindus in the rationalist murders – Dr. Amit Thadhani, Surgeon, Social Activist, and Writer

Sanatan Sanstha unites people. Hence they were targeted in the murders of the rationalists. These cases were investigated without trying to find the real culprits. In all these cases there is no concrete evidence anywhere but only an attempt has been made to gain political mileage. The then government implicated Hindus in these cases in order to create the ‘Hindus are terrorists’ narrative. Therefore, it is clear that there is a huge conspiracy behind the claim that Hindus are involved in the murders of rationalists asserted Dr Amit Thadhani. Dr Thadhani was speaking at the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti here. Dr Thadhani is the author of ‘The Rationalist Murders’ which is an exposé on the investigations into the murders of 4 rationalists and the subsequent targeting of Hindus.

Dr Thadhani said,

1. Hemant Karkare, the then ATS chief tried to implicate Sanatan Sanstha under terror charges. But all these charges fell apart in the court. The then government did not dare to challenge this in the higher courts. All this is being done to target the Hindus.

2. Even more shocking is the arrest of advocate Sanjeev Punalekar, who provided legal assistance to Hindus in the Dabholkar case. He was kept in prison for more than 40 days. Will the lawyers who are fighting the court case against the government be arrested tomorrow? Advocates like Prashant Bhushan fight the cases of crooks, will they be arrested?

3. There was a deliberate attempt to implicate Hindus in the murder cases of Dr Narendra Dabholkar, Pansare, Kalburgi, and Gauri Lankesh. In all these cases the accused were constantly changed. Each time differing sketches of the accused were drawn. Nowhere did the investigative agencies try to find the real killers. Also no evidence leading to the real killers has been found anywhere. The sole aim of the investigative agencies was to target Hindus.

4. In the Gauri Lankesh case, the sketches of suspects (who were wearing helmets) were prepared. There was no streetlight in the area at the time of the incident. So it is a marvel how these sketches were prepared! 18 people from different states were arrested in the Gauri Lankesh case. Signatures were forcibly obtained on the ‘voluntary statements’ of 15 people. Unsigned ‘voluntary statements’ of three others were attached to the chargesheet. This was to build a narrative.

5. In the Dr Dabholkar case, initially 2 accused were framed; But they were not Hindutvavadis; so they were released. After that some devout Hindus were arrested. In this case, the accused were first arrested and then investigated.

6. It was claimed that the pieces of the murder weapon (used by the accused) were thrown into a creek. Eventually it was recovered from the sea after spending Rs 6 crores. How was a weapon that was discarded in pieces be recovered intact? This puts a question mark on the investigations of the agencies. All this was done to create a story.

7. ENT Specialist Dr. Virendrasingh Tawde was arrested in the Dabholkar case. For that, an email from 5 years ago was found. Later he was implicated in the Pansare case. He is still in prison. Sameer Gaikwad was arrested over a telephone call. Eventually he was released. So just about anyone was being targeted even though there is no concrete evidence against them. All this is just an attempt to drive the narrative.

Communists conveniently concealing communist-naxal nexus is ideological terrorism – Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, National President, Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad

After  M.M. Kalburgi’s murder, 63 people returned their awards. The narrative created was that as though no one had been killed in the period between Gandhi’s assassination and Dr Dabholkar’s murder. We do not condone killing. Hindus were immediately branded terrorists after the rationalist murders. But will anyone ask how many people have been murdered by communists? The worldwide count is over 10 crores. Naxalites have killed over 14,000 people in India alone. Those killed by Naxalites include tribals, MLAs, ministers; but this is not shown to us. We see only what these self proclaimed intellectuals want us to see. We are made to think the killing of 4 atheists is greater than the 14 thousand murders committed by naxalites in India. The communists conveniently distance themselves from the naxalites and say we are different. But have the communists ever held a condolence meeting for the victims of naxalite terrorism? On the contrary, Naxalite activities have been supported. This is ideological terrorism.

When the Mughal invasions of India are discussed, the argument put forth is that it happened 400 years ago [and should be forgotten]. But we are repeatedly told that ‘Aryans oppressed the Dravidians’ 2 thousand years ago, even though there is no written record of this. This is ideological terrorism. Devout Hindus should question those thousands of murders committed by the communists, Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, President of the Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad said.

Fight negativity in society with the strength of spiritual practice to bring in Hindu Rashtra – Adv. Krishnamurthy P, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Kodagu, Karnataka

I am fighting a case against ‘Popular Front of India’ (PFI). The previous lawyers withdrew because PFI operatives used to click photos and videos of the advocates and threaten them in Mysuru District Court premises. They tried the same with me, but since I was chanting, I was not afraid. When the judge found out about the threats I was receiving, I was accorded protection, yet I was attacked. Now I don’t feel any kind of fear because I am chanting. Therefore, advocates who are devoted to Hindu Dharma, while traveling, should remember to chant [the name of God] whenever they have time until their case hearing starts. Learn and practice the elimination of personality defects taught by the Sanatan Sanstha here. With this, we can fight the negativity in society and bring in the Hindu Rashtra, asserted Adv. Krishnamurthy P., Vishwa Hindu Parishad, a devout Hindu advocate from Karnataka. He was speaking on ‘PFI : Future threats’ in the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.
