Aurangabad: Navale Maharaj, a respected leader of Warkari Sect suggested that the Government should consult saints and religious leaders before passing the two Acts related to ‘Black Magic’ and ‘Temple Take-Over’. If, however, the Government passes the said Acts as they are, Warkari Sect and all Hindu organizations will embark upon intense agitations. He said further that Hindus are ready to sacrifice their lives for protection of ‘Dharma’. Resp. Navale Maharaj was addressing a large gathering of demonstrators.
A rally was taken out against the two anti-Hindu Acts that culminated at the office of District Collector. Before the start of the rally ‘Dharma-Dhvaja’ pujan was performed by Navale Maharaj. The procession went through all the main roads in the city. Members of many religious organizations participated in the rally including those of Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janagaruti Samiti.
