Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Andolan and memorandum to District Collector Jalgaon by HJS

Jalgaon : Mr Prashant Juvekar, District coordinator of HJS in Jalgaon has demanded that 1) armed security to be provided to devout Hindu MLA T Raja Singh and all cases against him should be transferred to Maharashtra, Karnataka or Goa; 2) Shahrukh, Ankita’s murderer should be sentenced to death, and 3) the officers who lathi-charged innocent Ganesh devotees in Dhanora should be suspended. He was addressing the protestors in the Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Andolan on 8 th September here. Thereafter a delegation handed over a memorandum with the same demands to the District Collector Abhijit Raut.

Mr Juvekar said that T Raja Singh was arrested on 23rd August 2022 on allegations that he had insulted a particular faith. The Court has sanctioned bail also in this case. Later on account of some old case, T Raja Singh was arrested again on 25th August.

There is a strong conspiracy to make him languish in jail for at least 1 year. Those religious fanatics who threaten and those who are protecting them should be arrested and strict action to be taken against them immediately.

Hindu organisations from Jalgaon had participated in the Andolan. Mr Anand Marathe, social worker, Mr Bhushan Mahajan from Bhusaval and Mr Mohan Tiwari, Sampark Pramukh of Hindu Rashtra Sena, North Maharashtra spoke on this occasion.
