Kolhapur : We are enjoying freedom today due to infinite sacrifice of revolutionaries. We must commemorate their sacrifice and valour, as well as inspire youth to participate in the mission of uplifting the Nation & Dharma. Hence Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) organised ‘Swatantrya Gatha’ lectures at various places from 1st to 15th August on the occasion of the 76th Independence Day.
These lectures were organised in Pulachi Shiroli, Ghunki, Avali, Budruk, Kadgao, Latavade, Ingali, Mattivade, Karnur, Danoli, Lakshatirth, Malkapur, etc. The valorous history of our freedom fighters was conveyed through a flex chart exhibition. 1350 people benefitted from the lectures. Trainees attending HJS’ self-defence classes took the initiative in organising all these lectures.
