Kolhapur : Polluted water from many sugar factories is let into the Panchaganga River; but the Pollution Control Board does not act on this. The Board maintains silence during festivals of other religions. Mr Raju Yadav, Karveer Talukapramukh, Shivsena alleged that this is sheer religious bias of the pollution Board. He was addressing the Hindus protesting in the Hindu Rashtra Jagruti Andolan organised by Hindu organisations at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk on 22nd August, 2022.
