Maharashtra : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s ‘Respect National Flag’ campaign in Kolhapur

Kolhapur : Representation demanding that the Government should take steps to stop dishonour of the National flag on the occasion of the Independence Day, was submitted to the Administration, Police and schools – colleges in Kolhapur District.

1.    The representation was given to Mr Kshitij Desai, Administrative Officer in Nagar Parishad and the Mayor Mrs Jayashri Gaat, so also in Hupri Police Station. Corporator Mrs Anita Madhale, former Corporator Mr Prakash Bavche, Mr Mahadev Adhavkar, Mr Prasad Mhetar, Mr Sachin Mali, Mr Uday Mane, Mr Balaji Shinde of Shri Shivpratishthan Hindustan, Dharmapremi Mr Prasad Desai, Mr Ganesh Ghorpade, Mr Sandeep Nikam, Mr Harshal Potadar, Mr Ravindra Gaikwad of Samasta Hindutvanishtha Sanghatan, Mr Nitin Kakde, Hupri City Chief of Lokakalyan Grahak Kalyan Sanrakshan Sanstha, Mr Santosh Sanagar of HJS were present on this occasion.

2.    On behalf of HJS and Shri Shivpratishthan Hindustan the representation was given in rural areas to Mr Vijaykumar Kendre (Right), Headmaster of Kanya Vidyamandir, Headmaster Mr Pandurang Ghorpade and Inspector Mr Pavan Ingale of Kumar Vidyamandir in Bhuyewadi, so also to Headmaster Mr Madan Patil of Jyotirling Vidyamandir in Nigave.

Dharmapremi from Dharmashikshan class in Bhuyewadi and Dharkari of Shri Shivpratishthan Hindustan Mr Umesh Jagtap, Mr Samarth Shinde, Mr Shivaji Shinde, Mr Aditya Nalawade, Mr Akash Patil, Mr Kshitij Patil, Mr Pradeep Shinde, Mr Pavan Kavthe, Mr Paras Chowgule, Mr Omkar Patil, Mast Sanskar Patil, etc. were present on this occasion. All Headmasters opined that HJS mission was inspiring and they would definitely guide students in their schools to maintain the honor of the national flag.

Malkapur – Collective ‘Arati’ was being organised in Mahadev temple in Vathar on the occasion of Shravani Somavar (Monday, 1st August). On that occasion HJS had displayed the exhibition giving information of revolutionaries. 150 villagers saw this exhibition. Many young people showed keen interest in viewing the exhibition. Mr Nivas Kumbhar, Mr Ajay Mali, Mr Sagar Chowgule, Mr Shubham Mali, Mr Shravan Patil, Grampanchayet member Mr GajendrA Mali, President Mr Gorakh Shinde, Tantamukta Samiti assisted in putting up the exhibition.
