Ramnathi (Goa) : Two policemen from intelligence bureau arrived on the scene on the very first day to keep watch on the Convention. At the reception counter, they expressed their wish to participate in the Convention without disclosing their identity. When they were told by the activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti that the programme was only for the invitees, and hence they cannot enter meeting hall, policemen contacted their superior officers. The higher police officer told the activist that since they were policemen they do not need any invitation or identity proof; therefore, the policemen should be allowed to enter the meeting hall. However, since the activists of Samiti flatly refused to allow entry to the policemen, they could not go inside the meeting hall. Afterwards, they were seen moving around the Shri Ramnath temple area. (Have the police ever dared to enterthe programme of other communities in such a manner ? Instead of keeping a catch on the Hindu Convention organised for the protection of the Nation and Dharma, if the police had used their energy to search Jihadi terrorists, who are trying to destroy the Nation and Dharma, the Nation would have got rid of terrorism by this time ! – Editor, Daily Sanatan Prabhat)
