What is the ‘Hindu Rashtra Sansad’ ?

The Parliament of People’s Representatives exists to discuss various issues on national and public interests. Similarly, this is the Hindu Rashtra Sansad of the representatives of Dharma to discuss issues pertaining to Dharma. The resolutions passed in this Parliament will be sent to the parliamentarians. Based on that, this issue can be discussed in Parliament. In other words, the Hindu Rashtra Sansad is only symbolic. The proposals proposed by this Sansad may be discussed in the Indian Parliament in the future.

1. Code of Conduct for Hindu Rashtra Parliament !

Protocol and rules:

A. The devout Hindus participating in this Sansad will be called ‘Members’.

B. A 3-member Chair has been set up to ensure the smooth functioning of the Sansad and to ensure that the members comply with the Code of Conduct. The convenors will be responsible for conducting the Sansad. The Chair will decide on who gets to raise an issue and the time to be allocated to each issue.

C. Members who wish to raise an issue are required to submit their issue in writing to the Convention Coordinating Cell for approval by the Speakers. With the permission of the Chair, the member may sit on the reserved seat in front of the dais and raise the issue in the Sansad.

D. The member is required to present their subject within the allocated time frame. The Parliamentary Secretary will ring a bell to notify the Member when the time limit expires. If the member continues to raise the issue even after that, it will be considered a violation of the limits of the meeting. The Chair may decide to give the member more time to present the subject under extraordinary circumstances.

E. If any member wants to refute the views expressed in the Parliament, then he has to seek permission through an appeal to the Speaker.

F. Use of abusive or unparliamentary language while raising issues is forbidden. Doing so would be considered a violation of the rules of the Sansad. The Chair shall have the right to expunge such parts from the proceedings of the meeting.

G. When a member raises an issue in the Sansad, they can get up from their seat to speak.

2. Chair

The Chairperson’s Board shall consist of the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson, and the Secretary.

3. Special Parliamentary Committee

The Special Parliamentary Committee (Parliamentary Expert Committee) will amend or refute the points presented by the Hon’ble Members as and when required. For this, the members of this committee will get up from their seats and raise issues with the permission of the Chair. Other members will not be able to seek permission in this way. It is mandatory for other members to give their points in writing.
