Exhibition of ‘Goa Files’ at Mapusa on behalf of ‘Hindu Raksha Maha aghadi’

Shri. Jayesh Thali

Mapusa (Goa) : The people of Gomantak should now know the true history of Goa. The location of the Inquisition House in Old Goa should be ascertained. Unfortunately, such structures are being declared as ‘protected structures’ today. The ‘Haatkatro Khamb’ in Old Goa is completely neglected. The ‘Haatkatro Khamb’ is standing today because of the agitations by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and other likeminded organizations. However, if a vehicle rams into the pole, it may collapse. It is necessary to protect the monument, asserted Shri. Jayesh Thali. An exhibition of ‘Goa Files’ was held on behalf of ‘Hindu Raksha Maha aghadi’ at Shri Sateri Mandir Hall, Mapusa, Khorli on the occasion of Shri Parashuram Jayanti. He was speaking at an event organized at the time. The former head of Shiv Sena’s Goa division Shri. Ramesh Naik, Sou. Shubha Sawant of Sanatan Sanstha were among the invitees.

Sign Petition : Preserving and propagating the true history of Goa – Inquisition of Goa (The forgotten Genocide of Goans)

Important resolutions were passed at this time to implement anti-conversion law in Goa, to include the history of Inquisition in school textbooks, to inquire into all sources related to Pastor Dominic, to protect the Haatkatro Khamb and have a plaque with its history installed. The program was moderated by Sou. Shubha Sawant.

Shri. Ramesh Naik said, “Many Hindus attend the ‘Fest’ in Old Goa on December 3. Today, an exhibition like ‘Goa Files’ is needed to awaken the self-respect of Hindus by informing them about history”. He also said that Five Pillars Church pastor Dominic should be held accountable and severely punished for all his wrongdoings.
