Prayagaraj (UP) : It is necessary to declare the candidature of Mr. Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Gujarat, for the post of Prime Minister during the next parliamentary elections. This statement was made by the Head of Mumbai Sanyas Ashram and Suratgiri Bangala Pithadhishwar Maharaj Swami Vishveshwaranand Maharaj.
Swamiji further said, “Though I am not a political leader, as a citizen of this country, I have a right to express my opinion in the interest of the nation. In the present situation, only Mr. Modi can provide able leadership; because he is fully aware of the problems faced by the poor. Therefore, it will be possible for him to take appropriate decisions on the existing social problems. After Kumbh Mela, I will try to create a favourable atmosphere for Mr. Modi.”
