Amaravati : Dharana agitation against ban on website of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Amravati  (Maharashtra) : A Dharana agitation against ban on website of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti ordered by the government without any pre-intimation was organised recently by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and other organisations opposite Collector’s office at Amaravati. An appeal in writing addressed to Central Government was made through the Collector to demand immediate lifting of said ban on the Samiti’s website which is granted very high ratings by the well-known social site ‘Google’.

Around 50 proud Hindus participated in this Dharana agitation. Mr. Kiran Duse of Hindu Janjaagruti Samiti informed the attendees about the activities of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and apprised them of tasks undertaken by its website, ‘Hindujagruti.org’.

Mr. Manav Buddhdev of Shri Yogavedant Samiti, Mr. Vijay Pande, Jillhadhyaksha of Shri Yogavedant Samiti, District Secretary Mr. Prasad Kolkotwar, Mr. Mayur Shrivastava, Editor of weekly ‘Hindukush’, and Mr. Girish Komerwar of Sanatan Sanstha participated in agitation. Those who expressed the support to the agitation included Vishva Hindu Parishad, Bajarang Dal, and Chhava organisation. Mr. Manav Buddhadev expressed strong opposition to the ban and supported the activities of the Samiti.
