Maharashtra : Furor amongst Hindus for ban on ‘Hindujagruti.org’ !

Congress Govt. imposed ban on ‘hindujagruti.org’, the pro-Hindu website of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) without giving any prior notice. Demonstrations, representations and protest meetings are being held at various places against this ‘Tughalaqi’ action. Given below is a brief report on the related events.

Nagar : Devout Hindus protesting against ban on HJS Website

Nagar (Maharashtra) : Strong demonstrations were staged in front of the District Collector’s office; besides, representations were submitted to Government officers at Sangamner, Jamkhed and Shrirampur. Slogans were raised against the Congress Government during demonstrations. Mrs. Geetanjali Kale, the Deputy Mayor, Mrs. Rekhatai Vidye, the District-chief of BJP – Women’s wing, Mr. Anandrao Shelke, the District-President of ‘Akhil Bharatiya Bhrashtachar Virodhak Samiti’, Mr. Shivajirao Sangale, the District-chief of Chhava Sanghatana for South Nagar, H.B.P. Shinde Maharaj, Mr. Sandeep Khamkar, the District-chief of Bajarang Dal, Mr. Anil Devrao, Mr. Ram Nalkande of Sree Shiva-prataishthan, Mr. Satish More, the President of Hindvi Pratishthan, HJS activists Mr. Parameshwar Gaikwad, Lakhan Jangid, Mrs. Manisha Kavare, Mrs. Jyoti Dandekar were present on the occasion. The representation was submitted to Dr. Sadanand Jadhav, Dy. District Collector.

Sangli : Devout Hindus submitting representation against ban on HJS Website

Sangli (Maharashtra) : Many websites of organisations spreading terrorism including Raza Academy are not blocked; but a website creating awareness amongst Hindus towards their Dharma has been blocked; this is the policy of the present Government. Congress Government is purposely cancelling the word ‘Hindu’ creating social unrest on large scale. The above views were expressed by Mr. Ashok Telang, the ‘Mahanagarsanchalak’ of RSS. A representation was also submitted to Mr. Uttam Patil, the deputy District Collector with a demand to lift ban on ‘Hindujagruti.org’. Mr. Telang was speaking on the occasion. Mr.
Pravin Kavathekar, the Editor of ‘Weekly Lokjagar’, Mr. Avinash Sawant of Sree Shva-pratishthan, Mr. Ankush Godse and Govind Kulkarni of ‘Bharatiya Govansh Rakshan Samiti’, Mr. Anil Patil- Savardekar, the former municipal councillor, Mr. Ramesh Kotibhaskar, the District Secretary of RSS, Mr. V. A. Chauthai, Mr. Shriram Kulkarni of VHP, Mr. Ashok More, a devout Hindu, Mr. V. D. Barve of ‘Nagarik Hakka Sanghatana’, Mr. Dattatreya Retharekar of HJS and representatives of Sanatan Prabhat were also present.

Jalna (Maharashtra) : Demonstrations were held in front of District Collector’s office against ban imposed on ‘hindujagruti.org’, the website generating patriotism amongst Hindus. A representation was submitted to Mr. Ramesh Kayande, the deputy District Collector.

Tuljapur : Devout Hindus submitting representation against ban on HJS Website

Tuljapur (Maharashtra : Representation was submitted to Mr. Rajesh Jadhav, the ‘Nayab’ Tehsildar in the presence of Mr. Santosh (Appa) Ingale, Mr. Amit Kadam, Sandip Bagadi, Umesh Dalvi, Umesh Kadam of HJS, Mr. Vikas Malba of BJP and Mr. Sudhir Kadam of Shiv Sena.

 

Satara : Devout Hindus submitting representation against ban on HJS Website

Satara (Maharashtra) : Representation was submitted to Deputy District Collector, Mr. Anil Kadam by HJS and other pro-Hindu organisations when 25 devout Hindus including advocate Govind Gandhi, Vice President of Hindu Mahasabha, advocate Mr.Vijayanand Shinde, the President, Maharashtra Region for Hindustan Nirman Dal and HJS activists were present.
