Ramnathi, Goa (Ponda) : The Anti-Hindu fatavas of Muslims are decided in Mosques while the churches take decisions about what Christians should do. For both these sects Mosque and Church respectively play a pivotal role. These are the places where even the decisions about whom to vote during the election are also taken. On the same lines there is a need for a ‘Hindu Bhavan’ for guiding the Hindus. This was stated by Shri Pramod Mutalik while speaking about attack of Muslims on the Dattapeetha in Karnataka during ‘All India Hindu Convention’.

The attack of Muslims on the Dattapeetha

There is a mountain range about 30 Km. from Chikkamagaluru, a District place in Karnataka. On one of the mountains a cave is situated at a height of 6400 feet. This is a place where Shri Dattaguru had performed upasana and hence, the place is known as Dattapeetha. During His rain, Tipu Sultan threw away the Padukas (Holy footwear) and other sattvik things from this place and constructed graves there. Muslims celebrate Urus there now. Shriram Sena launched an agitation against the unauthorized constructions in the Dattapeetha premises from 1994 to 2004. Many rallies were taken out. There were even riots.

Hindus believe that Karnataka Chief Minister lost his seat due to curse from Shri Datta !

‘Muslims encroached upon the famous shrine of Shri Datta in Karnataka. At that time, Shriram Sena launched severe protests for regaining its control by the Hindus. This created a conducive atmosphere for BJP and it came to power in Karnataka. Mr. Yediyurappa, the then CM of Karnataka assured the Hindus that he would hand over the shrine to Hindus once BJP comes to power. However, after coming to power he ditched the Hindus. Therefore Hindus believe that, he not only had to lose the chair due to curse from Shri Datta, Yediyurappa had to go to jail. Similarly, the BJP Government came to power by assuring the Hindus that they would build Shriram temple at Ayodhya but once in power they forgot Shriram. As a result they had to lose the power.
