Online special webinar on ‘The contribution of Advocates in establishment of Surajya !’

‘Portraying people from other religions as superior by defaming Hindu festivals is tantamount to ideological terrorism ! – Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad

‘The Hindu festivals are shown in bad light by powerful propaganda techniques. Such techniques remind us about water pollution during Ganapati festival and about noise and air pollution on account of firecrackers during Diwali. The clear objective is to develop a cultural inferiority complex in Hindus. Moreover, so called seculars want Hindus to believe that anything logical and sensible pertains only to other religions. This is nothing but an ideological terrorism. The nuisance of loudspeakers in mosques hardly gets discussed, but not a single opportunity is lost to criticize the Hindu festivals.’, said the President of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad, Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar. He was speaking at an online special webinar on ‘The Contribution of Advocates in establishment of the Surajya’ as a part of ‘Sanatan Samvad’. The special webinar was organised on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad’. The event was viewed by 2,645 people on the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s website Hindujagruti.org, YouTube and Twitter.

Advocate Ichalkaranjikar further added that, ‘The Malegaon bomb blast has become synonymous with Sadhvi Pragya Singh, however, we forget the fact that before the 2008 bomb blast, all the accused in 2006 Malegaon blast were Muslims. The chargesheet prepared by the ATS clearly mentioned that Pakistan had a major role to play with respect to imparting necessary training to all the accused. In fact, the CBI had also reached the same conclusion. However, that did not please the then Congress Government. Accordingly, the investigation was handed over to ‘NIA’ (National Investigation Agency) which promptly declared all the Muslim accused to be innocent and framed Hindus instead. This pattern was seen in the Dabholkar case as well. Initially, Nagori and Khandelwal were arrested as it was suspected that their pistol was used for the crime, then Akolkar and Vinay Pawar were made the prime accused. After a few days, we were told that Sharad Kalaskar and Sachin Andure are the real culprits. We know that softwares get updated to newer versions in the market, but  a legal case getting updated to newer versions is surprising.’

On the occasion, the founder member of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad, H. H. (Adv.) Suresh Kulkarni said, ‘Not only the Police and the administration but also the politicians are involved in framing Hindu activists in false cases. In Nandurbar district, few Hindu activists were wrongly deported by the Police and the administration. We not only made the deportations null and void but also made the Police pay a fine of Rs. 10,000/- each.

At the time, the organizer member of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad, Advocate Nilesh Sangolkar explained as to how the financial irregularities were brought to light. He appealed to the Hindus to file complaints against the nuisance of loudspeakers in the mosques by leveraging the ‘Right to Information’ act and the Supreme Court verdict on the same issue. In the later part of the event, Supreme Court Senior Advocate R Venkataramani said, ‘India is blessed with a rich cultural and social heritage. Every effort should be made to pass it on to our society in the modern constitutional language.
