#TrueFaceOfGauriLankesh trends as netizens question Gauri Lankesh’s links with naxals

Journalist Gauri Lankesh was murdered on 5 September 2017 and immediately media houses, liberals and leftist propagandists started accusing Hindu organisations for Gauri’s murder, even before start of police investigation. Now even after 3 years, nothing has been proved in this case yet. Indrajit Lankesh, brother of Gauri Lankesh, had accused Naxals for Gauri’s murder. He had said that Gauri was in touch with some naxals and had sympathy for them. But no investigation has been carried out taking Gauri’s connections with naxals into the account.

Today netizens took to Twitter and asked questions that why no investigation has been done regarding Gauri’s connetion with naxals. The hashtag #TrueFaceOfGauriLankesh was used in more than 18,000 tweets and it was one of the top 10 national trends on Twitter in India. It was on 4th spot for brief period of time.
