Respect National Flag drive by HJS at Mumbai, Palghar, Wardha and Jalgaon !

Mumbai, : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held lectures at schools, colleges, residential colonies, festival committees etc in the background of Independence Day, for creating awareness amongst people towards prevention of abuse of national flags. Valour exhibited by great sons of Bharatmata sacrificing their life for freedom, present condition of nation, our duties as ideal citizens of this country and abuse of national flags taking place , knowingly and unknowingly was explained through the lectures. Good response was received to this drive of HJS. Lectures were held at 17 places in Mumbai and at 2 places in Navi Mumbai and in all, 2856 people including students, parents and teachers could attend the lectures.

This topic was explained to 1300 students of Kalina Education Society’s school at Santacruz in all classes connected through loudspeakers. 600 students, parents and teachers could get benefit of the lecture at Parag Vidyalaya and Junior College.

Feedback

The Headmaster of Barrister Nath Pai Vidyalaya and College was so impressed with the guidance held here that he promised to invite HJS again for similar guidance.

At ‘Vishwabahrati High School’ of Koparkhairane also, the Headmaster, after attending the guidance, requested HJS to give guidance during various programs held at the school.

Palghar

Lectures were held at ‘Vishnu-Vihar Welfare Society’ and ‘Maa Ambe Krupa Society’ at Virar; at ‘Sopara Bhandar Aali’ at Nalasopara and at Boisar for creating awareness amongst people. All stanzas of ‘Vande Mataram’ were sung by all participants at the program held at Sopara Bhandar Aali; including school students. Exhibition of flex-boards giving information on our great national leaders and revolutionaries was held at Dnyaneshwarnagar in Nalasopara (East) through the initiative taken by devout Hindus attending self-defence training program conducted by HJS. 55 people visited the exhibition.

Highlights

1. Visiting citizens said after going through the exhibition at Nalasopara that our children could learn good things due to you. You should come here every two months and organize your drives; separate drive can be undertaken even for ladies.

2. It started raining when address was going on at Sopara Bhandar Aali but citizens didn’t leave and waited till the end. Flag-hoisting was done by Shri. Prathamesh Kudav of HJS.

HJS drive at Wardha for prevention of abuse of national flags

Wardha : Representation was submitted to Superintendent of Police (SP) Dr. Basavraj Teli, Police Inspector (PI) Kale at Sindhi, PI Satyaveer Bandiwar at Hinganghat and PI Pramod Madame at Rajura on the occasion of Independence Day, for preventing abuse of national flags.

43 schools from Wardha, Sindhi, Rajura, Chandrapur and Gadchiroli were given representations on maintaining honour of national flags; while lectures were held at 5 schools which were attended by 1148 students in all.

Drive for maintaining honour of national flags at Jalgaon

Under the drive for maintaining honour of national flags, lectures were held by HJS activists at Yaval, Pachora, Chopda, Bhusaval, Varangaon, Paldhi, Nandra, Karanj, Bhokar, Vidgaon, Dhamangaon etc. 500 handbills were distributed in the district and posters were displayed at 40 places.

Representations were submitted to Jalgaon district collector Dr. Avinash Dhakane, PI Ravikant Sonawane at Yaval, DSP Gajanan Rathod at Bhusaval, PI Lokare at Chopda, Shri. Patil, Thane-ammaldar from Pachora, Nayab Tehasildar R B Mali of Yaval, Vice Principal S. M. Patil of SSMM College, Pachora, and various schools and colleges at Bhusaval, Chopda, Nandra, Paldhi, Kinod, Bhokar, Karanj, Vidgaon and Dhamangaon. Exhibition of flex-boards giving information on our great national leaders and revolutionaries were held by Ranaragini Division of HJS at ‘Kanya Madhyamaik Vidyalaya’, Jamner and Ashramshala, Manvel; besides Chincholi.

Singing of full ‘Vande Mataram’

Flag-hoisting programs with singing of full ‘Vande Mataram’  were held at Phule Vyapar Sankul, Jalgaon; Adarsh Primary School and Progressive English Medium School, Pimpri; Zilha Parishad School at Paldhi; and Urdu School. Full ‘Vande Mataram’ was sung by youth even at Kharchi. Sou Manisha Chaudhari, Mayor of Chopda performed ‘puja’ of ‘Bharatmata’; followed with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ with all stanzas.
