Memorandum with various demands submitted at Amravati and Daryapur

Amaravti : Despite ban on use of plastic, plastic flags are used on 15th August and are thrown anywhere thus leading to insult of flags; therefore, stringent action should be taken against those openly selling plastic national flags, was the demand made through representation submitted by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) to Amravati police Commissioner Sanjay Baviskar, additional District Collector Sanjay Pawar and Education Officer Smt. Nilima Take. Representation was also submitted with other demands such as prevention of cow slaughter on the occasion of ‘Bakri Eid’; prevention of desecration of Ganesh-idols by immersion of idols in artificial water tanks during Ganesh festival and to ban idols made of paper pulp. Such representation was submitted to additional District Collector Sanjay Pawar so also to Dy. Municipal Commissioner. Similar representations were submitted to Education officer Balasaheb Ghate from Daryapur taluka, Tehasildar Shri. Amol Kumbhar and to the clerk of Police Chief Officer in his office.
