Hindu Rashtra means having ideal political system : Ramesh Shinde

Formation of a Hindu Rashtra means discarding the corrupted system and replacing it with an ideal political system – Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Shri. Ramesh Shinde, National spokesperson, HJS

Shri. Ramesh Shinde National Spokesperson for Hindu Janajagruti Samiti addressed on the second day of the convention of Advocates as part of the Seventh All India Hindu Convention, about advocates coming together to fight evil social tendencies by procuring information using the Right to Information Act. He said that with regard to the Constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has stated that no matter how good the constitution of a country is, good politicians are required to implement it. He expressed doubt about whether today there are selfless government officers and politicians at all.

Founder member of the Hindu Vidhinya Parishad Suresh Kulkarni was seated on the dais along with Advocate Prashant Gore from Akola (Maharashtra) and Vidharbha Co-ordinator for Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Shri. Shrikant Pisolkar.

He said further,

1. Corruption is rampant in every sphere from education, police, defence and law, to medicine as experienced by the common man every day. Due to the thought ‘what can I do alone’ corruption remains untackled and grows. If advocates support society then an ideal political system can be created for society in the form of a Hindu Rashtra. The report of ‘Transparency International’ in 2017 gives the highest corruption rate that is 69% in Bharat as against 40% in Pakistan and 26 % in China.

2. When corruption of an individual is proved he and his family should be exposed before the public through posters. This will help in curbing it.

3. As Karmaphalanyay (law of fruit of action) is applicable to advocates they should always fight on the side of the truth.

No machinery to control corruption in the Central Bureau of Investigation

Complaint against a corrupt police officer can be filed with the Vigilance department , if an official from the Vigilance department is corrupt then a complaint can be filed with the Central Bureau of Investigation but there is no forum for filing a complalnt against an erring official from the Central Bureau of Investigation.

How unfortunate that Z security has to be provided to advocates punishing terrorists

After Chief Justice of the Supreme Court gave the verdict of hanging unto death to the terrorist Yakub Memon he had to be given Z security. It is indeed unfortunate that a judge giving such a verdict to a terrorist has to be given protection.
