Advocates should establish a system for ‘Hindu Rashtra’ : Sadguru (Dr.) Pingale

Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingale

The history of advocates is ancient and spiritual. Many advocates such as Lokmanya Tilak, Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, Swatantryaveer Savarkar etc. have set up ideal by actively participating in the freedom struggle. If devout Hindu advocates were to follow the same ideal and participate actively to establish the ‘Hindu Nation’, it would be recorded in the history with golden letters. The advocates, gathered here are not merely expected to swim against the current flow but should change its direction itself to establish a system for ‘Hindu Nation’ based on Dharma. It is essential to dedicate ourselves just as the revolutionaries had dedicated their lives during the freedom struggle. As per the slogan raised by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose – “Give me your blood, I will give you freedom” – everybody should dedicate himself to the nation by sacrificing everything including body, mind and intellect. The devout Hindu advocates need to dedicate themselves by becoming oblations in the Yadnya of establishing the ‘Hindu Nation’.

The clients come to an advocate by bringing their sorrow and pain with them. They should be made to abide by Dharma and accrue the bliss. Earning money by committing sins causes restlessness devoid of peace. By gathering your knowledge, study and experience, you should provide legal assistance to devout Hindus who are charged with false offences and should work in your field by becoming a torch of radiant thoughts. While carrying out the mission to serve Dharma, it should also be kept in mind that the objective of human life is to achieve worldly and spiritual progress.
