Various attempts to achieve Hindu Unity by Hindu Janjagruti Samiti

Satara Hindu Sanghatan Melava successfully organised despite threats from an organisation.

Hindu Janjagruti Samiti had organised a Sanghatan Melava(Gathering) for Hindus in Satara, Maharashtra on the eve of induction day of Dainik Sanatan Prabhat. On the day of the programme, organising seeker of Sanatan Sanstha, Shri Samadhan Jadhav received a threatening call from an unknown person who said he was from a powerful organisation. He also threatened to disrupt the programme if held. Inspite of this threat the melava was successfully held at Satara. Police Inspector, Shri Manohar Joshi immediately deputed 3 policemen for security.
* in the background of the threat, Shri Shirish Divakar and Jitendra Wadkar of the Bajrang Dal were present right up to the end of the celebration and till the final packup.
* A large number of Hindu activists were present for the celebration. Most of them were activists of the Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Hindu Dharmarakshan Sanghatana, Hindu Dharmaraksha Samiti and BJP.

Bhusawal : Hindu Janjagruti Samiti undertakes a meeting of local Hindu Organisations.

All activists of Hindu Organisations like Sanatan Sanstha, Bajrang Dal and Shiv Sena pledged today, to work unitedly for creating Hindu awareness and uniting all Temples, local Hindu organisations and Spiritual Sects under the single banner of Hindu Janjagruti Samiti. In this respect, a meeting was held in Bhusawal led by Hindu Janjagruti Samiti, in which activists of different organisations undertook various types of responsibilities for Hindu Awareness.

On the eve of day of induction of Dainik Sanatan Prabhat, Ratnagiri district stood host to a total of six Hindu Sanghatan Melavas. In 2 of these melavas, Saints were present. His Holiness Ulhasgiri Maharaj was present at Rajapur. The six melavas were organised at Chiplun, Rajapur, Lanja, Khed, Dapoli and Ratnagiri City.

Hindu Janjagruti Samiti conducted mute protest demonstrations against M.F. Hussain at Khanda Colony Panvel. 190 Hindus participated in this protest movement held between 5PM to 7PM on 9th January 2006. The main participants in this campaign were, Sanatan Sanstha, Shri Sampraday and Asaram Bapu Sampraday.
