Resolution passed to establish Goa Temple Union Goa Mandir Mahasangh to arrest the attacks on temples at Hindu Unity Meet in Mapusa

Mapusa (Goa): A resolution was passed to establish Goa Temple Union Goa Mandir Mahasangh amidst acclamation of ‘Har Har Mahadev’ uniting Temple Samitis to fight the attacks on temples in Goa collectively in a meet organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Sree Santeri Auditorium in Mapusa yesterday.  This resolution was passed by the members of North Goa Temple Samitis and proud Hindu. As the Goa government had conceived a plot to demolish the temples and small shrines declaring them unauthorised HJS had organised this meet in order to protect the religious places/structures.

After listening to the speech of Mr. Ramesh Shinde, spokesperson of HJS of Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat region, the people present in the meet got inspired and decided to establish an Union to fight the issue collectively. Around 50 members of various  organisations and proud Hindus were present for this meet.
