Two-day seminar of advocates begins at Sanatan ashram, Ramnathi, Goa

Ramnathi (Goa) : Opposition is faced at all levels when one fights in the interests of Hindus; but we have to persevere by keeping calm even in such situation. Work for protection of ‘Hindutva’ has to be done in any condition and by remaining cool, with sincerity. For establishment of Hindu Rashtra, we need advocates with good virtues and who have spiritual power, stated advocate Harishankar Jain, a practising lawyer of UP High Court and President of ‘Hindu Front for Justice’.

Hindu Vidhidnya Parishada (HVP) has organized a two-day seminar on 17th June at Sanatan’s ashram. He said further, “Everything that has been destroyed due to ‘Islamization’ and which is associated with Hindus’ identity should be found. Law can be used to put curb on increasing insolence of fanatics. Advocates have weapon of law. It should be used for protection of Hindus and ‘Hindutvavadis’.

Retired Judge of Sambhajinagar Sessions Court, advocate Harishankar Jain from Lucknow, UP and advocate Suresh Kulkarni, a founder-member of HVP and practising lawyer at Sambhajinagar High Court lighted lamp for inaugurating the seminar. Shri. Amar Joshi, seeker-Purohit from ‘Sanatan sadhak-Purohit Pathashala’ blew conch in the beginning. During pre-independence era, contribution of advocates had proved to be quite valuable.  Similarly, contribution of advocates for establishment of Hindu Rashtra is important, stated advocate Sou. Kaveri Rane, the Goa office Coordinator of HVP during introductory speech. Sou. Kshipra Juvekar of Sanatan spoke about undertaking ‘sadhana’ for being happy while practising law.

Advocates should take prompt action on accusations made against Hindu Dharma and ‘Hindutvavadis’ ! – Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, President, HVP

Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, the President of HVP said, “It is necessary to take prompt action on accusations made against Hindu Dharma and ‘Hindutvavadis’. Advocates should participate in the mission of establishment of Hindu Rashtra offering their mind, body and money.  It is the duty of advocates to make required efforts for establishment of Hindu Rashtra. HVP’s job is not limited to specific things but it should work at expansive level. HVP has taken action at every level against those involved in harassing ‘Hindutvavadis’ and efforts should also be made to make use of RTI Act, for getting justice done to ‘Hindutva’ through legal process.

‘Hindutvavadis’ and their family members feel secure when advocates extend support to ‘Hindutvavadis’ as they work in interests of Hindus. It is necessary to help Hindus. Advocates can help by giving preliminary knowledge of laws, guidance on use of RTI Act etc so that it would give more strength to ‘Hindutvavadis’, stated Shri. Sunil Ghanavat, Maharashtra State Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.
