Need to use law effectively while fighting against Love Jihad : Adv. Sushil Atre

Love jihad is a kind of war and Hindus will have to fight it. We can use law more effectively in this war. The Hindu young girls who are trapped in love jihad, can use the section 366, 366 A and 418 of the IPC to file a criminal case against the atrocities meted out to them. In addition to this if the girl happens to be a minor, a complaint can be registered under POCSO Act. If police refuse to register the complaint then under section 154 of Indian Criminal Procedure Code a complaint can be made to his senior.
