Various programs held on the occasion of Shivjayanti

Working for establishment of Hindu Rashtra is the ‘sadhana’ for ‘Hindavi Swaraj’ ! – Sumit Sagavekar

Nerul (Navi Mumbai) : Singing ‘aarti’ of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj or doing his ‘puja’ is not going to be enough but working for establishment of Hindu Rashtra will be the ‘sadhana’ for ‘Hindavi Swaraj’ and that is the ‘Maharashtra Dharma’ to be followed by all ‘mawlas’. Shri. Sumit Sagavekar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) expressed the above views during a program held at Sant Tukaram Ombale Samaj Mandir in Sector 18 by devout Hindus, on the occasion of ‘Maharashtra Din’. Shri. Asmit Kondalkar of ‘Shri Shivapratishthan’ explained history of gold throne weighing 32 tonnes. About 25 devout Hindus were present including Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan’s Bharat Mali and ‘Hindu Mahasabha’s Mangesh Mhatre. They all decided to meet once in a week. Shri. Akashya Kale and other ‘Dharkaris’ from Nerul worked hard for organizing the program.

Bamani (Dist. Kolhapur) : Hindus are facing grave problems in the form of love jihad, land jihad, conversions, ‘governmentalization’ of temples etc. Hindus should therefore, unite and create Hindu Rashtra which will be like ‘Rama-rajya’. Let ‘Shiva-jyot’ brought on the occasion of Shivjayanti be kindled in everyone’s heart throughout the year, stated Shri. Kiran Duse of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). ‘Shiva-garjana Group Mandal’ had organized Shivjayanti celebrations at Bamani in Kagal taluka. He was speaking on the topic of condition before Shivaraya’s rule, ‘Hindavi Swaraj’ created by Shivaraya, present condition and need for Hindu Rashtra.

Shri. Pritam Pawar first explained activities undertaken by HJS. Around 60 devout Hindus including Shri. Baburao Magdum, former President of ‘Shaleya Shikshan Vyavasthapan Samiti (committee for management of school education)’, Shri. Yuvaraj Koingade, the President of ‘Koingade Dudh Santtha’, Professor Ravindra Magdum, Shri. Bhikaji Magdum and members of Shiva-garjana Group were present on the occasion.

Highlights

1. Shri. Vicky Magdum, a ‘Hindutvavadi’ took initiative in organizing this program.
2. Discussions were held on Hindu Rashtra for which 20-22 boys waited after the program.

Program held at Belgaum district

Tavandi (Dist. Belgaum) : On 29th April, ‘Raje Group Mandal’ had organized a program on the occasion of Shivjayanti festival. Guidance was given on the background of prevailing situation at that time; ‘Hindavi Swaraj’ created by Shivaraya, its present condition and need for Hindu Rashtra. Around 50 ‘jidnyasus’ including 16 former soldiers attended the program. Sou. Alka Patil of Sanatan Sanstha explained the present condition of women and solutions for getting over such situation. Shri. Jugal Vaishnav did compeering of the program. Shri. Rajendra Gurav, a local ‘Hindutavadi’ took initiative in advertising of the program. Shri. Swarup Karape, a ‘Hindutvavadi’ gave guidance on life history of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
