A drive to celebrate Navatari festival in ideal manner by preventing malpractices occurring during public celebration was undertaken by Sanatan Sanstha and HJS in Maharashtra, Karnataka and other States in the country.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) organized guidance lecture at Military School on how to maintain sanctity of Navaratri festival by stopping malpractices taking place during celebration.

Vasai (Maharashtra): ‘We have stopped ‘garba’ danced on the tune on film songs to maintain sanctity of ‘Navaratri festival’ and avoid wrong practices taking place during this festival due to guidance by HJS’, said Mr, Nikam of Sadiccha Seva Mandal.

Pune (Maharahstra): Only Sanatan Sanstha has been granted permission to set up its books stall as there is a long association between Devsthan and the Sanstha and they have faith in Sanatan.

Tulajapur (Maharashtra): After learning about the science, members of 25-30 committees promised not to print such picture on their vests in future.

Thane (Maharashtra): Both the groups started pelting stones and bottles at each other. One person died and 60 sustained injuries in these riots.
