Devgad, Maharashtra – On 22 March 2026, the Sakal Hindu Samaj Padel Mandal organised a grand Sakal Hindu Sammelan at the ground in front of Hardev Nivas, near Padel Canteen, with the aim of preserving and promoting Hindu Dharma, culture, and traditions.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 400 devout Hindus. Dignitaries addressed the gathering, highlighting the growing challenges faced by ‘Dev, Desh, and Dharma’, and urged Hindus to unite in their protection.

The main objective of the Sammelan was to raise awareness in society about issues such as the struggle undertaken by Hindus for the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, increasing religious conversions, love jihad, government control of temples, cow slaughter and land jihad. The programme was organised by various pro-Hindu organisations.
