Launched under the banner of MahaAbhiyan Sangarsh Samiti, a global initiative of Youth for Panun Kashmir (Y4PK)

A global Mass Signature Appeal has been launched, calling upon Hindus worldwide to stand decisively for civilisational justice for the aboriginal Hindus of Kashmir, who have been deprived of their homeland, security, dignity, and constitutional rights for over three decades.
The initiative is being conducted under the banner of MahaAbhiyan Sangarsh Samiti, a global initiative of Youth for Panun Kashmir (Y4PK). It offers a neutral and Hindu-inclusive platform, bringing together individual Kashmiri Hindus and Hindu organisations across the world beyond affiliations, to assert unified and non-negotiable demands.
The Mass Signature Campaign seeks a lawful, time-bound, and just resolution and makes it clear that prolonged delay has only deepened injustice. Organisers have stressed that every signature carries decisive weight, strengthening the collective voice and demonstrating unity, resolve, and moral legitimacy.

Namaskar,
Let us today stand for a civilisational call for justice.
For over three decades, the aboriginal #Hindus of #Kashmir have been denied their Homeland, security, dignity, and constitutional rights. Time has passed, but… pic.twitter.com/gWHllyASUY
As part of this appeal, thousands of voices are unequivocally demanding civilisational justice through the following core demands:
- Establishment of Panun Kashmir as a Separate Union Territory, along with collective and permanent rehabilitation of displaced Kashmiri Hindus.
- Parliamentary recognition of the Kashmiri Hindu Genocide and creation of an effective justice and accountability mechanism.
- Provision of adequate relief, livelihood opportunities, and economic justice for affected families.
- Ensuring comprehensive healthcare and psychosocial rehabilitation for victims and survivors.
- Justice and compensation for elderly victims and over-aged youth, who have suffered prolonged displacement and loss of opportunity.
- A clear, time-bound, written commitment from the Government of India to implement these measures.
The appeal sends a clear and firm message to the Government of India that the aboriginal Hindus of Kashmir stand united on their rightful demands and that continued inaction is no longer acceptable.
Describing this as a moment of duty, conscience, and unity, the organisers have urged Hindus across the world to participate in the campaign and strengthen this collective assertion for justice.
