Bengaluru (Karnataka) : A conference of pro-Hindu advocates was held on 8th February at ‘Kamat Yatri Niwas’ which was organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). Shri. Ramesh Shinde, national spokesperson of HJS, pro-Hindu advocate Shri. Chetan Manerikar from Khanapur and Shri. Amrutesh, advocate, Bengaluru High Court addressed the conference. Advocates from Bengaluru Sessions Court and High Court, so also, Hindu leaders took part in the conference. Discussions were held on anti-Hindu Acts, love jihad, land jihad, conversion, cow-slaughter, denigration of Hindu Deities, ‘governmentalization’ of Hindu temples and terrorism etc. and guidance was given on how to find solutions, in lawful manner, on all such hard problems. In the end, various ways to fight against such things, in lawful manner, in Bengaluru district were discussed.

Contribution of pro-Hindu advocates is most essential ! – advocate Shri. Chetan Manerikar

Advocate Shri. Chetan Manerikar said, “In this country where Hindus are in majority, problems like terrorism, love jihad, land jihad, cow-slaughter have increased. Pro-Hindu activists, who are sincerely trying to stop these things, are being harassed by anti-Hindu politicians in different manner.

Release temples from Government control ! – Shri. Ramesh Shinde, national spokesperson, HJS

Incidents of not granting permission for Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabhas which are trying to unite Hindus, harassment of activists by police who are trying to protect Dharma etc. are taking place these days. Fanatics are attacking pro-Hindu activists. It is, therefore, necessary to have an organization of pro-Hindu advocates having similar ideology for helping pro-Hindu activists; for encouraging and supporting them. In 2012, HJS had organized all-India Hindu Convention. Hindu advocates, who got inspired by this Convention, set up Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad with the above goal. It is helping to protect Hindus’ just rights. Its branch is now opening in Karnataka. The Government is giving money to madarasas. HJS gave legal fight against it and has been successful as the Government is made to pay 8 % tax on the income received by it from temples. We are still following laws made by the British. There are several references in ‘Nyaya-shastra’ explained in ‘Vedas’ which are ancient. Chanakya, who believed in justice, had established Hindu Rashtra through Chandragupta. There is need to have coordination between advocates and pro-Hindu organizations. Sachhar Commission is very harmful for this country and injustice will be done to Hindus through this Commission. Zakir Naik’s ‘Peace TV’ has been declared by the Government as anti-national still it is openly spreading anti-national thoughts. HJS is fighting even against this in lawful manner.

Advocate Amrutesh said, “Every advocate should help for protection of Dharma and culture as much as possible. Bangla Deshi infiltrators have come into Kodgu village and attempts are made for Islamization of Virajpet in next ten years, through conspiracy of land jihad. Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad is the only organization of advocates fighting for Hindus without having any political support; therefore, every advocate should join Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad and dedicate himself in the mission of establishment of Hindu Rashtra.”

Highlights

  1. Special issue of Kannada weekly Sanatan Prabhat was released on the occasion.
  2. As in Maharashtra, all participating advocates have agreed to work for Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad even in Karnataka.
