HJS holds a lecture on the occasion of Shivajayanti at Nagothane (Dist. Raigad)

Nagothane (Dist. Raigad): ‘Shivajayanti’ was celebrated as per the Hindu calendar (fifth year of such celebration) by Yogesh Thakur and his family, the President of ‘Hindu Janajagruti Manch’ and ‘Jai Hanuman Gramastha Kreeda Mandal’, Tarshet. The celebrations started with ‘pujan’ of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s picture-frame, singing of ‘palna’, ‘aarti’; followed by a ‘keertan’ by Ha. Bha. Pa. Naresh Maharaj Jadhav. Milind Poshe of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) spoke about taking inspiration from life history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj about his valour and spirituality. He said that taking inspiration from the biography of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, using power, devotion and intellect was required as per the time for devoting to the mission of establishment of Hindu Rashtra; getting trained in self-defence and ceaselessly working for the unification of Hindus. Activists of ‘Shri Shiva Pratishthan, Hindustan’ also attended the program.

2. Participation of women was quite noteworthy.

3. Many people said that such guidance was necessary for all.

4. The program was conducted in a disciplined manner despite the power shortage problem faced during the program.
