Raigad: Lecture organised on the occasion of ‘Shiva-jayanti’

Raigad: The forts built by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj should not just be considered as tourist places but they should be treated like our places of worship. It is our duty to stop attacks on these forts happening through Islamic encroachments. Let us take inspiration from the biography of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and unite for establishing Hindu Rashtra, was an appeal made by Yogesh Thakur of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). He was invited to speak in a program organised by ‘Pali Sudhagad Shiv Sena Shiv-jayanti Utsav -2022’. The program was attended by Police Inspector Kaingade, former Shiv Sena District-chief Vishnubhai Patil, Sachin Javake, Rajendra Raut, from ‘Nagarpanchayat’ and local Shiv Sena leaders; besides many ‘Shiv Sainiks’ and residents.

Highlights

1. Many people from Pali Sudhagad and surrounding areas were listening to the lecture, standing on the road, and some people even stopped their vehicles on the way, to listen to the lecture.

2. All attendees spontaneously raised slogans in the end and demanded similar guidance in future programs.

3. A cultural program based on the biography of Shivaji Maharaj was presented.

4. The former District-chief of Shiv Sena, Vishnubhai Patil felicitated Yogesh Thakur.
