Act for take over of Hindu temples by govt.: Saint will educate people

Pandharpur: Dr. Veerendrasingh Tawade, the spokesperson of Hindu Janajagrutii Samiti (HJS) for Western Maharashtra, recently called on Dharmacharya H.B.P.(Hari Bhakta Parayan) Nivrutti Maharaj Vakte. A conference was held at Alandi, the pilgrimage place for Hindus on ‘Hindu Dharma Jagruti and Dharma Rakshan (Creating awareness towards Hindu Religion and Protection of Religion)’.

Dr. Tawade met H.B.P. Vakte Maharaj to discuss on the points raised in the conference. Dr. Tawade told Maharaj about the proposed Law to take over Hindu temples. Maharaj assured him that he would make people of Maharashtra aware about the Law through His discourses. He said that every Hindu should become active to fight against those criticizing Hindu Religion, culture and our holy scriptures. Today schools are not teaching anything about Hindu religion then how future generations would gain knowledge about their religion. After the meeting with Dr. Tawade, there was a discourse of H.B.P. Vakte Maharaj in which He explained the people about the proposed Act for taking over temples and religious institutions of Hindus. H.B.P. Vakte Maharaj extended His blessings for HJS’ mission of establishment of Righteousness.
