Sequence of incidents in conspiracy hatched against H. H. Asaram Bapu !

Ashwin Krushnapaksha 14, Kaliyug Varsha 5115

‘Sant-shreshtha’ H. H. Asaram Bapu has been propagating the importance of ‘Sanyam (self-control), Sadhana (spiritual practice) and Satsang (company of truth)’ since past 50 years. For the last 8 years, he has been inspiring youth from all over the world to celebrate ‘Matru – Pitru Pujan Divas (Day to worship parents) on 14th February instead of celebrating Valentine’s Day as such celebration destroys brilliance and radiance. H. H. Asaram Bapu is a symbol of self-control, affection, ‘Brahma-nishthaa (loyalty)’; striving for welfare of people. Secular powers working against the culture of this country and all those who are adversely affected with moral and cultural progress of Indians are, time and again, hatching conspiracies against Saints by spending billions of rupees through media.

Given below is information on well-planned conspiracy to torture H. H. Asaram Bapu and his devotees by implicating them in a so-called rape case of a girl.

1. Perverted and anti-Hindu media join the conspiracy and publish totally untrue news maligning H. H. Bapu’s image

On 20th August, a girl from Uttar Pradesh was used as a ‘pawn’ in a conspiracy. It was published that H. H. Bapu was accused of teasing and raping through her. Media spread news that was false, baseless and distorting H. H. Bapu’s image which hurt religious sentiments of billions of people of this country. In the FIR lodged by the said girl, there is no mention, clear or passing, of any wrong deed; but it was falsely spread by media that her medical test confirmed rape.

2. Anti-law police of Delhi apply clause of rape when in medical test, no proof was found !

There is no sign of a scratch or biting with teeth on the body of that girl, the girl has not been sexually exploited, is the medical report; nor the girl has anywhere talked about her getting raped; even then clause 376 has been applied against H. H. Bapu as it is non-bailable offence. It shows the properly planned conspiracy against H. H. Bapu to defame him. Rajasthan police rebuked Delhi police for the same. Dy. Police Commissioner of Jaipur, Ajay Pal Lamba has clearly stated that Delhi police have registered the case in wrong manner.

3. H. H. Bapu’s efforts to attend on receiving summons

3.a. H. H. Bapu gets summons of going to Jodhpur : On 27.8.2013, H. H. Bapu was in Indore ashram where he was served the summons for going to Jodhpur by 30.8.2013. He gave many important reasons and asked for little time. The person handing over summons said that he would forward H. H. Bapu’s representation and signed on the letter. On 28.8.2013, H. H. Bapu was in Surat to attend a pre-planned program on the occasion of ‘Janmashtami’.

3.b. Bapuji books Jet Airways ticket; but due to severe physical problem, had to cancel it; still trying to go to Jodhpur via Delhi from Bhopal : Rajasthan police were instructed to extend time limit; but Bapuji did not receive any reply; therefore, a ticket for 30.8.2013 was booked for him. Later, due to severe pain because of trigeminal neuralgia (Anant-vaat as per Ayurveda), he had to cancel even that ticket. Pain in this ailment is even worse than delivery pain or heart attack where even with little carelessness, a person can die. Information about this ailment is available on internet which also says it is the most painful disease. Despite such pain, Bapuji reached Bhopal airport in the evening to go to Jodhpur via Delhi; but owing to media and crowd, boarding counter was closed. Its proof is available in the form of ticket.

3.c. Bapu went to Indore ashram; but media spread rumours that he ran away; so hundreds of police encircle his ‘kuti’ at 6.00 a.m. : Bapuji went to Indore ashram by a vehicle even though he had physical distress, less sleep and tension. He had not gone to any unknown place; still rumour of his running away was spread. As a result, MP police reached his ‘kuti’ at 6.00 a.m. on 31.8.2013 and surrounded the ashram. By afternoon, lot of devotees also gathered in the ashram.

3.d. We are waiting for Jodhpur police ! – H. H. Bapu : In the night of 31.8.2013, Bapuji told during a ‘satsang’ held at Indore ashram giving message to his devotees from 167 countries through ‘live internet’ that he was waiting for Jodhpur police and he welcomed them. Owing to severe pain developed in the body, he could not go and that pain was still there.

3.e. Bapu assures Jodhpur police of full cooperation : H. H. Bapu’s blood pressure was 160 / 120, he had heaviness in heart and chest pain. Vaidyas requested police that they wanted to call (allopathy) doctors. Then Jodhpur police reached the ashram. Bapuji said to them, “Rest assured that we will not run away; we are not cowards. We give a promise that we would extend full cooperation to you.” Police told him that he would be taken to Delhi by 7.50 flight in the morning on the following day and from there, connecting flight would be taken for Jodhpur. Bapu agreed for the same.

4. Arrest of H. H. Bapu with deceit and using force

4.a. Police use insulting language with devotees and beat them ruthlessly; besides, ask Bapu to come out at 12.00 in the night when he was resting : On the night of 31.8.2013, at 10.30 p.m. Bapuji went to his room to rest. At 11.00 p.m., police asked devotees to get up when they were sitting peacefully and chanting. Police used insulting language and beat up devotees ruthlessly to clear all connecting ways in the ashram. Devotees were made to sit in one place and they were surrounded with barriers. There were more than 800 police in Indore ashram. At 12.00 in the night, police vehicle reached Bapu’s ‘kuti’ (his residence). Police told the attendants that they wanted to question Bapu for 10-15 minutes and he should be called outside.

4.b. Police, who first informed about taking him in the morning at 6.00 a.m., change their stance and threaten to take him at 12.00 in the night : Police started talking loudly outside Bapu’s room; so Gurudev came out of his room. Police said to him, “It is 12.00 in the night. The period of 4 days of summons is over; therefore, we will take you from here, now.” On this, the attendant said, “You only told us about taking him in the morning by flight. You also take rest here in the night. Why do you want to take him forcibly, now?” Police then started threatening; they said, “Have we come here to listen to you? Time is over and we will take him.”

4.c. Insolent police behave rudely with Saints and show guts by beating innocent devotees ! : Gurudev got up and started sitting in police vehicle. He asked his attendant to bring a cushion for him when police said rudely that there was no need for it. One attendant brought a water bottle and bag; but police did not allow him to keep even that in their vehicle. Police sat in front and in the back side of Gurudev and police vehicle left the ashram. Rest of the police started cane-charging the devotees as they ran towards the vehicle; cane charging continued and the vehicle went out of the ashram.

4.d. Police make Bapu sit at the airport whole night; after getting off at Jodhpur, immediately start inquiry although he was tired after two days lack of sleep; they pressurise Bapu and make him sign : From 1.00 a.m. till the flight, Bapu was made to sit at the airport. As soon as he boarded the flight, media persons started harassing him. As Bapu got off to Jodhpur from Delhi, his inquiry was started immediately. Bapu could not sleep continuously for two days. During inquiry, Bapu said about the accusation of sexual exploitation that it was impossible for him to do such things. H. H. Bapu was pressurised and asked to sign one paper without showing him what was written on it.

4.e. While in police custody, the intensity of pain increased : H. H. Bapu was in police custody. There were cameras around him. The attendant who was with him, observed that the right side of Bapu’s head had swelling and Bapu told him that it was very painful. Owing to lack of sleep, the pain due to trigeminal neuralgia had intensified. Bapu has been suffering from this ailment for the past 13 years. All his reports are available with Vaidya Neeta. Where is all humanity gone ? Nobody should be treated as Bapu was, by the police.  (In Bharat where there are 80 % Hindus who are Hindus by birth; still Hindu Saints are treated so insultingly ! Will such cruel police dare to behave in this manner with some missionary/ father or mulla- maulavi ? Hindus should note that there is nobody to protect them; therefore, they should get ready to protect themselves, so also their Deities, Dharma and Saints ! When politicians come to them begging for their votes, Hindus should take them to task. Time has now come to oust such insolent rulers and show the strength of unity amongst Hindus ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

5. Devotees of Bapu meted out with inhuman atrocities by police

5.a. Police take signature of a seeker named Shiva on blank paper treating him like a terrorist : 3 seekers of H. H. Bapu were also accused; out of them, one seeker named Shiva was treated like a terrorist by the police. The girl making accusations had told that Shiva bhai had taken all of them on the night of 15th August; whereas Shiva’s phone records show that he had gone to Delhi in the evening. Police made Shiva sign a blank paper; how much they must have pressurised him ?

5.b. Seeker beaten up brutally for giving evidence against Bapu : Shiva was brutally beaten up, was lured with many things; his ear-drum was damaged; he was ruthlessly beaten on elbows and knees. Are these not pressure tactics used by the conspirators on police to get evidence against Bapuji ? They had to face even mental torture along with physical and were told that it could not be detected in medical tests. God should not make any innocent go through such pain !

5.c. Insolent police present Shiva in Court after 3 days paying total disregard to law  : As per law, a person taken into custody by police, has to be presented before a Magistrate within 24 hours; even then, Jodhpur police brought Shiva to Court after 3 days by taking remand of Shiva illegally.

5.d. Police go to Chhindwada and bring pressure on the warden; force friend of the girl who made accusations, to give evidence : Chhindwada Gurukul’s warden Shilpi had no contact with H. H. Bapuji in last 6 months. Jodhpur police went even there and pressurised her, threatened friend of that accusing girl forcing her to give evidence. Inquiry, which could have been completed within few hours, was continued for 3 days. All girl students were distressed with the police and asked them why Rajasthan police was pressurising them in such manner and they even raised slogans against the police; only then Rajasthan police left Chhindwada.

6. Suspicious method of working of police

6.a. There is no proof of rape : Other than fabricated stories, what information do the police have; what proofs are there to support her accusations as all medical tests are normal ?

6.b. If the so-called incident of rape happened at Jodhpur, why the case was registered with Kamala market police station in Delhi ? : On 15.8.2013, the said incident occurred and on 20.8.2013, police registered FIR at 2.45 a.m. i.e. after 5 days. The girl was from UP, was studying at Chhindwada (MP), so-called incident took place at Jodhpur (Rajasthan); then why FIR was registered in Delhi; that too with Kamala Police Station only ? Even if the complainants went to Delhi by train, ST bus or air; still before reaching Kamala Market, there are 3 main police stations on the way. Why FIR was not registered there ? Every move taken by them, raises many questions.

7.  Questions arising due to a very serious conspiracy

7.a. Why H. H. Bapuji, a great Saint who has undertaken a mission of serving people for the past 50 years, had to go to jail due to baseless accusations made by a 17 years old girl ? : A great Saint liked by all, who is engaged in propagating Indian culture, in serving people, in upliftment of children, youth and women, treating ailing persons, running food-courts for poor, coming forward to help in every type of natural calamity; how can he be sent to jail by police on the basis of allegations made by a 17 year old girl   without any proof ?

7.b. Is there politics of eliminating Dharma and destruction of Bharat behind such conspiracy ? : What politics is played behind all this ? Is it done with  the aim of uprooting Hindu Dharma ? Is it the goal to convert people by destroying their faith in own Dharma; because Bharat will exist till Hindu Dharma exists ? Do they want to destroy Bharat by destroying Dharma ? Knowledgeable society needs to pay serious attention to these things.

8. There need to be firm laws in Indian Constitution to keep a check on media !

There has to be firm laws under Indian Constitution which will put a curb on media for spreading fabricated stories to increase their TRP; else people will be confused; they will lose faith in Dharma and Saints. It should be noted that accusations are made only against Hindu Saints. If we lose love and respect towards Dharma and culture, it will be the end ! ‘Yato Dharmastato Jaya:’; ‘Yato Dharmastato Abhudaya:’ which means where there is Dharma, there is victory and progress. Without Saints, man will lead direction-less life.

9. For destroying Indian culture, hatching a grave plot and behaving  in a very hideous manner with Saints who are revered by billions of people, is misuse of judicial system !

Isn’t pressure exerted by conspirators very clear from the above incidents ? Grave conspiracy of defaming and destroying Indian culture can be observed from such incidents; else, why would such evolved personalities and their seekers who are serving this country, be treated as terrorists by police ? It is most condemnable. Billions of people all over the world listen to his discourses; billions of people are connected to him through religion and such person is oppressed on baseless accusations made by a girl ! Is it not misuse of judicial system ?

10. People need to be valiant and get ready to fight against evil attitude !

O children of ‘Sanatan Sanskruti’ ! Call these people either atheists or ‘Tamasik’ conspirators who can stoop to any level to nurture their ego ! Now, all of us will have to get ready to fight them. It is a sin to do injustice but it is even graver sin to bear such injustice. We will have to be brave for protection and serving our culture. We have to be courageous and take next step after proper thinking. Diligence, valour, courage, intelligence, power and gallantry are the six treasures in our house. Now we have to open that treasure.

Effect on H. H. Bapuji’s seekers due to false accusations

A. Father-in-law of Pujya Narayan Sai hurt with such false propagation; stops having food and water and dies of heart attack : Manager of many ashrams in Madhya Pradesh, dutiful seeker, senior office bearer of Bhopal ashram and Poojya Narayan Sai’s father-in-law, Shri. Dev Krushnani could not bear such conspiracy against Bapuji and he stopped taking food and water owing to his religious sentiments getting hurt. He expressed his grief to Bhopal’s district collector in a form of representation. When he observed that no solution was found, he died due to heart attack.

Those, fabricating false stories, took life of a dutiful seeker who had given up eating food and drinking water since two days. On 29.8.2013, he passed away at 3.20 a.m. He was quite healthy before such defamation started. Poojya Bapuji went to Bhopal from Surat leaving ‘janmashtami’ program half way through for last rites of Shri. Dev Krushnani. Shri. Krushnani has only daughters; therefore, Bapuji, other relatives and seekers carried his body for cremation.

B. Seekers are severely displeased with this conspiracy ! : Seekers from all over the world are severely displeased with this conspiracy and they are holding protest meetings, demonstrations etc. in peaceful manner in this country.

Unrestrained behaviour of so-called raped girl

A. Girl being treated for mental disturbance, used to talk over cell phone for number of hours : Few days back, this girl was unwell and there are proofs of her undergoing treatment. Then, she was again mentally disturbed. As per the information given by her friend, she used to close cloak-room as also used to go to the terrace of Gurukul for talking over cell phone for many hours.

B. This girl with unrestrained behaviour did not like the sedate life of Gurukul, ‘sattvik’ atmosphere of ashram so she tried to leave ashram : A girl-student from Chhindwada Gurukul told about the girl accusing Bapu, that she was not ready to live in Gurukul. She used to like watching movies, talk about boys, have fast food etc. Her father had kept her in Gurukul against her wish so that she did not go on wrong path. It used to be difficult for her to have ‘sattvik’ food, follow rules and regulations and do chanting etc. and live in restrained atmosphere. She used to watch movies clandestinely; she wanted to leave Gurukul and always used to think about how to go out. She used to stroll on the terrace of Gurukul till late night.

C. Selecting easy way of defaming Gurukul by maligning Bapu’s character and accepting that she talked as she was asked to do : Before leaving, the same girl used to say that she wanted to become famous; she would defame this Gurukul so that it would be closed down and her father would have to take her home. For defaming Gurukul, she selected a simple solution of character assassination of Bapu to malign his name. When a friend asked her as to why she accused Bapu with false charges; she said that she talked whatever she was asked to say.

Girl’s brother giving distorted answers

A. First talk about Gurukul in positive manner : The girl went to Shahajahanpur with her parents. After few days, her brother was called back from Chhindwada Gurukul by the police. While leaving, he talked about the Gurukul in positive manner through written statement and even in video interview.

B. Telling distorted things about Gurukul : After conniving with conspirators, he started saying that they do not get food in Gurukul and students have to go without food. They force to eat only non-vegetarian food etc.

The statements made by the brother are false; these are completely false accusations which were made even by the media; all the accusations were baseless. The girl also fabricated many stories. The people behind such conspiracy made the brother and sister talk in this manner. Such answers indicate conspiracy.

Earlier Swami Keshavanada was falsely implicated and later, he was proved as innocent and acquitted

Similar conspiracy was hatched against Swami Keshavananda from Dwarka in Gujarat State with the connivance of police officers. He was implicated in false charges of rape and sentenced to 12 years imprisonment. Keshavanandji was also defamed by the media. No advocate was ready to fight his case and finally, he was sent to jail. Even today, Keshavanandaji is revered by local people and honoured. Out of 12 years of punishment, he spent 7 years in jail; then truth was brought to light proving his innocence and he was acquitted.

One officer said that 98% cases of rape have been found to be false. In his 12 years of service, only 3 cases were proved as true. (Ref. Rhushiprasad, September 2013)
