Pune : Prayer (Conversion) meetings held in a school by missionaries cancelled

November 27, 2012

Pune (Maharashtra) :  For the last few months, prayer meeting is being held by Christian missionaries at ‘Late Mrs. Parvatibai Sadashivrao Nikam’ School run by ‘Genaba Sopanrao Moze’ Institute in Sangamwadi area, on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. In these meetings, simple innocent Hindus are lured with promises like curing their diseases, giving them employment, houses or withdrawing cases filed against them and with such ‘bait’, they are converted. Pro-Hindu organisations took out a protest march to this school for stopping prayer meetings and conversion of Hindus by deception.

Owing to the united strength of Hindus, prayer meeting did not take place in the school. The organizers of prayer meetings got the wind of this march and it was said that due to which they did not come to school yesterday. The school was locked. (Hindus should unite for stopping of prayer meetings taking place everywhere. All Hindus should keep an ideal of Hindus from Pune before them and stop conversion of Hindus happening through prayer meetings in their respective cities and villages ! – Editor SP)

Recently, an incident of two Hindu girls taken to Ambernath and converted has come to light. It is learnt that a person named Shivaji Nade used to take the two girls to the prayer meetings. Mr. Milind Ekbote of ‘Samasta Hindu Aghadi’ said, “Attempts to demoralise Hindus will not be tolerated. Hindus are tolerant; therefore, if people start criticizing Hindu Dharma, we will not keep quiet.” Devout Hindus viz. Mr. Shailendra Dixit, Rajendra Bendre, Preetam Geete and Mr. Vaibhav Medhekar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) were present on the occasion. More than 80 activists from Shiv Sena, Bajarang Dal, Samasta Hindu Aghadi, Hindu Rashtra Sena, Sree Shivapratishthan and HJS took part in the march.

Highlights

As suggested by an activist of HJS, the march was concluded with paying gratitude at the feet of Bhagavan Srikrushna and Bhavanimata.

Christian missionary converts and kidnaps 2 Hindu girls from Pune

November 25, 2012

Ambernath (Maharashtra) : A Christian missionary named Samson Barse converted two Hindu young women of Rathod family staying in Pune and brought them to Ambernath. He also forced them to write on a stamp paper that their parents were opposing them; but they have converted on their own wish. A devout Hindu from Pune, Mr. Milind Ekbote, Mr. Parag Teli of VHP, H.B.P. Warnge Maharaj from Warakari Sect, Mr. Ulhas Chaudhary of Sanatan Sanstha and Mr. Ajay Sambhus of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti have lodged a complaint with the police and applied for a meeting between the parents and daughters. (In a country where Hindus are in majority, how can one dare to kidnap and convert Hindu girls? It is because there is nobody to look after Hindus’ interests in this country. The only alternative to bring about a change in this situation is establishment of Hindu Rashtra ! – Editor SP)

Mr. Rathod had sent his daughters to Mrs. Pushplata Bhore for study when they were small. Mrs. Bhore slowly impressed upon their young minds that Christianity is good. After some time, she gave them ‘Bible’ saying that Jesus was only going to save them and converted them. The girls although major, were drawn in this net. When their parents opposed to their conversion, Christian missionary, Samson Barse brought them to Ambernath. Dr. Balaji Kinikar, a Shiv Sena MLA from Ambernath called Mr. Samson on learning about the matter and made inquiry with him but he ran away saying that he was not aware of anything. At Ambernath, the police did not accept application of the girls’ father claiming that the issue was related to Pune. The incident has mentally upset the girls’ parents and the mother has fallen sick and is serious. (When seekers come to Sanatan Ashram on their own for undertaking spiritual practice despite opposition of their relatives, media starts spitting venom against Sanatan. Now, Christian missionary has converted two Hindu girls against their parents’ wish; why media is keeping mum? This exhibits media’s pro-Christian attitude. Hindus should stop missionaries on time who lure and convert their daughters ! – Editor SP)
