The following are the terms and conditions that you (the donator) need to accept prior to making a donation to HJS. If you do not accept them please do not use the donation facility of HJS.
1. Definitions

2. General
2.1 In order to donate to HJS you may register as an HJS member or choose to donate without doing so.
2.2 By donating to HJS you warrant that you are over 18 years.
2.3. HJS accepts online donations by credit cards through an electronic payment gateway.
2.4 By making this donation you warrant that the mechanism that you use (credit card or otherwise) is owned by you or you have permission to use it.
2.5 The subject of these terms is the donation amount from the donator to HJS specified by the donator prior to making the donation.
2.6 Upon receipt of funds, HJS commits to use these funds for the aims and activities of the organisation.
2.7 You as the donor pledge not to seek any reciprocal favours from HJS, on the basis of your donation.
2.8 Your decision to donate to HJS is appreciated. Once a donation is made you cannot ask for a partial or a full refund.
3. Tax exemption
3.1 HJS is non-profit organisation, tax exempt under section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961.
4. Disclaimer
4.1 Under no circumstances will the Hindu Janjagruti Samiti (HJS) be liable to you for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits of whatever nature arising from the use of or access to, or inability to use or access the website, and also unauthorised access to or alterations of your transmissions or data.
4.2 We will do whatever we can do reasonably to protect this site and all internet communications passing between us and you, but we cannot be held responsible for:
i. Any losses fairly attributable to your failure to take reasonably precautions to prevent interception of or interference with any such communications (including, without limitations) failure to use and keep up to date firewalls and anti-virus software on your own computer; or
ii. Any losses arising from fraudulent or unauthorised use of your credit or debit card or other forms of payment. If you become aware of fraudulent use or your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you should notify your card issuer.
4.3 The liability for loss of any amount or an issue with regards to transfer of funds will lie with you.
4.4 If you have a problem with your donation the HJS Website team will try our best to help but we take no responsibility to rectify the problem or retrieve any amount lost in the transfer of funds.
5. Privacy
We will keep all your transaction details and personal details strictly confidential.
We reserve the right to amend or change all or any part of the above terms and conditions without notice.
