Sub. : Demand to ban All India Majilis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) party

Respected Sir,

I came across the YouTube video (links mentioned below) of hate speech delivered by Akbaruddin Owaisi, MLA of All India Majilis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) party and floor leader of MIM party in Andhra Pradesh Assembly and I also read various news reports published in the media and on the Internet. Akbaruddin Owaisi is already under arrest and has been charged with various serious IPC sections and I demand to apply 'National Security Act' to him.

MIM party has long history of hatred towards Hindus. MIM had advocated the set up of a Muslim dominion rather than integration with India before Independence. In the 1940s, the Razakars, a Muslim paramilitary organisation aimed at sabotaging Hindus in Deccan, was directly linked to the MIM. In total up to 150,000 Razakar soldiers were mobilised to fight against the Indian Union and for the independence of the Hyderabad State against Indian integration and to force its eventual merger into Pakistan instead. After the integration of the Hyderabad state with India, the MIM was banned in 1948 till 1957. (Reference 1)

Akbaruddin's grandfather, Maulana Abdul Wahed Owaisi, the MIM chief from 1957 to 1976, had ended up in Chanchalguda Jail for more than 11 months for making similar inflammatory speeches about 56 years ago. The police booked Abdul Wahed Owaisi for "Rousing or attempting to rouse communal passions and creating or attempting to create panic, resentment or hatred in the minds of the Muslims against the State and the non-Muslims as disclosed by his speeches made by him in public meetings" (Reference 2)

Recently in the Parliament session held in August 2012, the present MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, MP had threatened the Nation as 'Lastly, I warn the central government; I warn the hon. members over here. … (Interruptions) If proper rehabilitation does not take place, you be ready for a third wave of radicalization among Muslim youth.' He made this statement ion August 8, 2012 in Parliament while speaking on the issue of Assam riots held in 2012. (Reference 3)

In October 2012, Delhi Police arrested Sayed Maqbool, a resident of Maharashtra and District chief of MIM party in Nanded in the Pune Blast case. Police said that he taught suspected Indian Mujahideen terrorists on how to make IEDs. He also has close connection with Bhatkal brothers of Indian Mujahideen who are mastermind of many blasts in the country as per intelligence reports. (Reference 4)

Also as per news reports, I came to know that All India Majilis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi, Member of Parliament refused to apologise for his brother Akbaruddin Owaisi's hate speech and MIM supporters also turned violent due to arrest of Akbaruddin Owaisi disturbing law and order in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It was also evident from YouTube video of Owaisi's hate speech that many MIM leaders and supporters who were present at the time of the speech were cheering and supporting Akbaruddin Owaisi's violent remarks against Hindu Community, derogatory comments about Hindu Gods and other venomous remarks. (Reference 5 and 6)

Considering all above points, I demand to ban MIM party which is spreading enmity between two communities and which is also threat for the Nation and the society. Please consider my humble request for welfare of the Nation and the society.
Yours Faithfully,
