Beating of an innocent Hindu: An eyewitness presented proofs of atrocities by SP

The policeman, accompanying the SP, brutally hit Shri. Kadam, a member of Hindu dakshata samiti (HDS) and took him to the police station beating him all the way in Tuljapur. This was narrated by Shri. Balasaheb Kulawat, an eyewitness. The local businessmen came forward to tell members of HDS about harassment meted out to them by Dighavkar. They gave their experiences in writing. One hotelier told about his experience that although he had set up his stall within the prescribed area, twice the SP unnecessarily beat him and his nephew.

Police have done their duty by beating up Amit Kadam, certifies SP

(If Shri. Kadam is wrong and the Police are right, why are they bringing pressure on Kadam to take back complaint through the medium of reporters?

In this matter even if we assume that the police are telling the truth, there is no law that will advocate beating someone brutally for being rude. The SP should also explain as to why action as per law was not taken. Police has no moral right to punish anyone when they themselves are not following the law.
