Expressing serious concern over the continuous killing of cows in the national capital in general & south Delhi in particular, the state spokesperson of VHP said that the same is being repeated due to the negligence of the police & failure of the administrative machinery. If immediate action would not be taken, we would be constrained to take up the issue in every corner of the city even before the Lok sabha polls.
