Pune (Maharashtra): The controversial VCD insulting Shri. Balasaheb Thackeray, Shiv Sena Chief, telecast on ‘You Tube’ has since been withdrawn. A character in the attire of Shri. Thackeray was shown in this film making some very indecent and disgusting statements leading to hurting feelings of all Shiv Sainiks. Shri. Ajay Shinde, city-president of Bharatiya Vidyarthi Sena (BVS) for Pune, had, therefore, filed a case with Vishrambaug Police Station in this connection. A warning was given to all concerned companies including ‘Google’ to withdraw the VCD else, demonstrations would be staged near their office. The VCD was then withdrawn within 3 days. Shri. Ajay Shinde disclosed the above information.

Pune (Maharashtra): Recently, it has come to the notice of a member of Bharatiya Vidyarthi Sena (BVS) that Shri. Balasaheb Thackeray, the chief of Shiv Sena, has been insulted on ‘U Tube’. A case has, therefore, been filed with the Vishram Baug Police Station in Pune against the unidentified person for uploading this VCD.
Shri. Ajay Shinde, the Pune city chief of BVS informed that a VCD has been uploaded against the Shiv Sena Chief titled ‘Bal Thackeray in Pakistan. MP4, Lets meet gentleman Bal Thackeray’ which was noticed by one of the members of BVS. In this VCD, a person is shown in attire of Shri. Thackeray speakng very indecent language. A complaint has therefore, been lodged with Vishrambaug Police Station for insulting Shri. Bal Thackeray and hurting feelings of all Shiv Sainiks. Polce have filed a case based on the complaint. Shri. Shinde has warned that insult of the Shiv Sena Chief will not be tolerated and if police fail to take any action within 24 hours, all cyber cafes would be shut down. On earlier occasion, “Orkut” had denigrated Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj by stooping to a very low level.

We have registered a case under Code 509 of Indian Penal Code and Clause 67 under ‘Cyber Act’ and investigations have been promptly started. The above information was disclosed to media persons by Shri. Chandrakant Jadhav, a senior Police Inspector(PI) attached to Vishrambaug police Station. A letter will be immediately sent to ‘Google’ search engine to remove the controversial matter; till then the Shiv Sainiks should not stage any kind of agitations but cooperate with the police, appealed Shri. Jadhav.
