Hinduism, under attack in Russia!

The Hindu temple of ISKCON at Moscow was demolished on 02.12.2005 by a bull dozer. Russian government wants to build a Residential Complex at the place. ISKCON was actually collecting donations for building and renovation of the temple, which is an icon of faith for 15000 Indians and 10000 Krishna Devotees of Russia.

The owner of Ford, MNC of United States too had agreed to donate for this temple. But before the renovation could begin, the local government demolished the temple!

Prime Minister of a "Secular" India is going on a Russian tour. Will he do something for giving justice to Hindus in Russia as a representative of Hindus living in India?

Complacency of Russian Hindus!
This news has not been published on any ISKCON website ! No Russian or a Hindu Russian has bothered to protest against this demolition. One representative of the Temple Shri Bhakti Vidnyan, has appealed to all Hindus to protest against the demolition and send letters of protest to Russian President Vladimir Putin and chant "Hare Krishna" Maha Mantra.
