A Huge mob of muslims moved across Sawantwadi district today, on the occasion of Id-E-Milad while police watched them. The mob shouted "Allah-hu-Akbar" on LOUDSPEAKERS and carried banners and slogans writted in Arabic.
The same police had refused permission to Hindu Janjagruti Samiti for a morcha on the pretext of "Jamavbandi"(no crowding) orders. Hindu Janjagruti Samiti was also denied permission to hold any banners, slogans and demonstrations in Sawantwadi against the artist MF Husain.
Hindu Janjagruti Samiti has once again appealed to all readers to recognise the pro-muslim stand of Maharashtra Government and be aware of the injustice done to the Hindus.
