Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Swami Narendracharyaji Maharaj re-converts 1300 converted Christians.

Almost 1300 converted Christians were ritually and formally re-converted to Hinduism on the auspicious 128th occassion of Saint Gajanan Maharaj, Shegaon, Prakat Din (Day of first appearance of Gajanan Maharaj, Shegaon). This ritual took place at Naneejdhaam Maharashtra in Konkan. This has caused a severe setback and monetary loss to the Konkan Division of the Roman Catholic Church, which had spent lakhs of Rupees for converting backward tribals to Christianity.

In his statement Jagadguru Ramanandacharyaji Maharaj said that from 2007 onwards he would begin a countrywide huge campaign to re-convert all converted Hindus back to Hinduism. He also said that on 1st May, Maharashtra Day, 1500 Christians would be converted to Hinduism ritually and formally. H.H. Maharaj also said that these people who were earlier brainwashed by Christian Church, will now strongly propagate Hinduism in their Regions and prevent the same Churches from doing their activities.

(Saints like His Holiness Jagadguru Ramanandacharyaji Maharaj are the pride of Hinduism. Hindu Janjagruti Samiti is there with Swami Narendracharyaji Maharaj in all his divine endeavours. )
