Representation submitted to DC, Muzaffarpur condemning arrest of Adv. Punalekar

Muzaffarpur (Bihar) : Staunch Hindu advocate Sanjiv Punalekar, who is the national Secretary of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad (HVP) and Shri. Vikram Bhave, an activist of HVP related to RTI issues, were recently arrested in connection with Dr. Narendra Dabholkar’s murder case. Devout Hindu activists submitted representation to District Collector at Muzaffarpur, condemning their arrests.

It has been stated in the representation that advocate Punalekar has exposed many cases of corruption through legal fights and is always trying to prevent attacks on nation and Dharma. Arrest of such advocate is a conspiracy and an attempt to suppress Hindus.

Advocate Punalekar and Shri. Vikram Bhave are innocent. They should be immediately released with due respect, is the demand made through representation. Copies of the representation have also been forwarded to Prime Minister and State’s Chief Minister.
