Injustice will not be done to anyone in prospective Hindu Rashtra !

‘Earlier, there used to be ‘Rajgurus’ in Hindu Kings’ courts. They used to be ‘Acharyas’ having knowledge of many subjects like ‘Dharma-shaastra’, ‘Nyay-shaastra’, ‘Artha-shaastra’, ‘Yuddha-shaastra’ etc. They used to give proper advice to kings in all subjects related to the kingdom; therefore, nobody used to be deprived of justice. On the other hand, in present democratic judicial system, judges have legal knowledge as per the British legal education system; therefore, they do not have knowledge of all subjects. As a result, the verdict passed by Supreme Court in favour of women to have ‘darshan’ at Sabarimala temple is an attack on religious traditions followed at that temple and it hurt religious sentiments of millions of Hindus. The reason for it is judicial system of British era has shortcomings. It needs to be changed and Hindus judicial system followed since ancient times needs to be adopted as it is necessary for the overall welfare of this country. Let us therefore, realize that there is no alternative to establishing Hindu Rashtra and strive with unity for establishing Hindu Rashtra !’
